EM-Muscle Toning (AKA the BEAST)

EM-Muscle Toning uses focused, high-intensity, electromagnetic energy to stimulate, build and tone muscles. The electromagnetic muscle stimulation can work to tone and sculpt already established muscles as well as encourage new muscle fiber growth. One 15-30 minute session activates thousands of powerful muscle contractions resulting in fat burn and muscle toning. 

How it works

With each muscle stimulation, the muscles contract and release. The outcome is strengthening and remodeling of the tissues inner structure creating sculpted, reshaped, defined, muscles.

How frequently can it be used?

Keep in mind that while EM Muscle Stimulation can be an effective tool for muscle toning and fat loss, it should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise routine for best results.

  • Clients can expect to see results after the first session and noticeable physical changes after four to six sessions. Maximum results are achieved after eight to twelve sessions, depending on personal fitness goals.

  • EM-Muscle Toning uses high-intensity electromagnetic energy to stimulate contractions in muscles, resulting in toning and sculpting. Unlike traditional muscle-building methods, which can take months or even years to show results, this technology can produce visible results in as little as one 15-30 minute session. Additionally, traditional methods of muscle building can have a higher risk of injury due to the heavy weightlifting involved, whereas EM-Muscle Toning carries a lower risk of injury due to its non-invasive nature.
