  • Does Cryo Lab accept insurance?

    No, but we are not fans of breaking the bank either! We’ve designed our unlimited membership plan specifically so you can chill with us as often as you would like!

  • Is there an age requirement for whole body cryotherapy?

    We welcome kids ages 12 & up with parental consent. Although, we offer localized cryotherapy for all ages.

  • What should I wear?

    Workout attire is perfect. When using the chamber, sauna and/or cocoon- skin exposure is key! When using the Normatec compression lounge- we require sweatpants or leggings.

  • How do I prepare for my visit?

    Skip the Lotions, creams and body oils before your visit. You can lather up afterwards!

  • Will the cryo chamber trigger my claustrophobia?

    Our enclosed equipment has push to open glass doors. You can exit the chamber at any time. A Cryo Crew member will be nearby at all times.

  • Is Cryotherapy similar to an ice bath?

    No, you will stay completely dry. You will emerge from your cryotherapy session unharmed and re-energized!

  • Is it best to work out before or after my cryotherapy session?

    Either! Before your work out expect a burst of energy, increased mobility, and a higher level of motivation and strain tolerance. After your workout, cryotherapy is your replenish and recover regimen. For maximum benefits, give your body a minimum of three hours in between chamber sessions.

  • How often can I come in for cryotherapy?

    If you’re practicing your craft daily, come in daily for recovery. If you’re a weekend warrior, come by 2-3 times a week minimum. Consistency builds resiliency & amplifies your results.

  • Are you a franchise?

    No. We ruled out joining a franchise so our services can be cost effective and affordable for everyone.

  • Do you offer recovery packages for teams?

    That’s how we roll! Give us a call or message us so we can understand your needs and how Cryo Lab can best assist you.

  • Do you offer recovery packages for teams?

    Yes! Cryo Lab brings in local pros so our members can sample their services! A few teasers:

  • Who should not use whole body cryotherapy?

    First and foremost, while the chamber isn’t suitable for every body- we can assist every body with isolated cryo therapy.

    The cryo chamber is not suitable for:

    Pregnant women, untreated hypertension, acute or recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, arrhythmia, symptomatic cardiovascular disease, cardiac pacemaker, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, venous thrombosis, acute or recent cerebrovascular accident, uncontrolled seizures, Raynaud’s Syndrome, fever, tumor disease, symptomatic lung disorders, bleeding disorders, severe anemia, infection, claustrophobia, cold allergy, age less than 18 years (parental consent to treatment required), acute kidney and urinary tract diseases. Signed medical forms are filled out before your session.
